How to book an appointment?

From 1st May 2024 we are introducing new ways of booking same day urgent appointments. You can book via telephone or on our website. We will ask you for some information about the problem you are having. A doctor will then review and make a decision when you need seeing and offer you an appropriate appointment. You can pre-book appointments as normal.

You can book an appointment by:

  • Online Consulting Platform - We would advise all patients to use the online system as much as possible to minimise delays and to ensure that we are able to triage all requests effectively.
  • Speaking to a receptionist, in-person, at the surgery reception during normal reception opening hours. This will still involve the use of the online consulting system with all requests triaged.
  • As a last resort and for patients who aren’t able to use the online consulting platform, receptionists will fill our a triage form for you over the phone. Please reserve this service for those who are genuinely not able to access the internet.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm - See when we are open
