Patients Removal From the List

Most problems can usually be resolved within the practice, but you have the right to make a more formal complaint.

Complaint forms and Suggestion forms are available in Reception or you can fill out our secure online form. It is very rare for the Practice to remove any patients from its practice list unless there are very good reasons for doing do e.g. This may be due to the patient having moved outside the doctors practice area and it would be difficult for the practice to provide care in which case they will be given 30 days in which to make alternative arrangements or if the patient has been threatening to the point where there are fears for personal safety.

Further information can be found in the Practices Removal of Patients policy which is available on request.

In line with NHS and Practice policy and procedures whilst we endeavour to meet the needs of patients we will not accept violence, aggression or verbal abuse towards the staff. Also the Practice reserves the right to prosecute offenders.
