Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, or depression? Wolverhampton NHS Talking Therapies offers free, confidential support to anyone aged 16 or over who is registered with a Wolverhampton GP. Our professional therapists are here to help you feel better through personalised therapy tailored to your needs.
How They Can Help
They offer a range of therapies including:
- Guided Self-Help: Support for anxiety, low mood, and other difficulties.
- CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): 1-1 Therapy offered via face-to-face, video or phone call, and with the additional option of computer-aided CBT.
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing): For trauma.
- Counselling: For depression offered via face-to-face, video or phone call.
- Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT): For relationship difficulties.
- Couples Therapy: For depression.
- Online Tools: Access information or an online CBT programme, that you can use anytime.
